Had a long chat with writer/director Robert Parigi (do check out his stylish horror”LOVE OBJECT” if you get the chance). Talking about everything from the state of current film distribution to digital piracy and how it affects indie production.
It was exciting to meet one of the classic Ape-suit actors Don McLeod in person. A great guy and always willing to pose for a few B&B cheesecake pictures. I was so pleased we decided to sell t-shirts during SON OF MONSTERPALOOZA. They sold so well we’re going to get more printed asap. If you bought one – thanks!
One of our favorite actors, Clu Gulager (a regular supporter of the NEW BEVERLY CINEMA) was on hand to pose with Amber – not sure if the excitement was all too much for him – lol.
